There's a group of people that really backed themselves into a corner on this issue. They said Ensminger for OC was nothing but a rant creation, even though O TOLD US he wanted to do this.
I don't expect them to admit anything though.

TBL isn’t the only one saying it now, though. I got the info on Friday, but was sort of hesitant about bringing it here because everyone was so sold on Gilbert, and he never even got interviewed. I got more info tonight that essentially confirmed it.

If I had to bet on the offense i would mean towards Cams as well. It will look the same as when Steve called the plays last season maybe a few wrinkles at best. I don't see it working against the stronger defenses like it didn't work then and that's with Fournette and a healthy Guice. I'm interested in how Marshall was sold on the offense moving forward honestly. I hope this leads to Aranda being called up soon. Can't wrap my mind around hiring a guy who failed as horrible as he did the first time as the head guy when he has to surround himself with his friends to help him figure it out all because the price is right yet spend the money anyways to coaches not on staff anymore...

O would have to answer that. All I know is Canada wanted to play MB a lot more, actually wanted to start him against BYU. That’s why O wouldn’t name DE the starter, because Canada wanted MB. O overruled Canada, and that’s when the rift started between the two.

C) Ensminger running miles’ offense did set records last year
D) If Ensminger is hired, it would appear that the BoS, Joe, and King gave O a budget for assistants, and once the raise was given to Aranda, that took money from the OC budget.
I don’t claim to know everything, but the “Ensminger is a done deal” people from day 1 are absurd. The hire would have been announced already.

As of today Gilbert makes $100,00 and Ensminger makes $325,000
Whatever we end up giving Ensminger would have gotten Gilbert or Briles
Fact
Briles signed with Houston for $400,000 for 2 years
