FWIW, Brody Miller seems to confirm in a throwaway line in an article on Napier in The Athletic today that Woodward is pursuing Riley.

Just got done with work. The OU boosters are slowly starting to hear about this, as it’s slightly been mentioned on local radio. Apparently they are laughing and have zero intention or expectation of allowing Riley to be hired away. Also if anybody is interested in an “I know so and so” source; one of my coworkers is a top OU recruits parent and said Riley has assured every recruit he has zero intentions to leave. I know most of you aren’t taking the Riley to lsu stuff seriously but I’d say it’s time to start talking about more realistic options.

TLDR: Oklahoma fan with 11 year post history and good reputation posted that Riley is going to LSU. When called on his bluff he emailed one of the admins his whole story. Admin says everything checks out and is not a troll/bs. At the same time other ou fans have been flooding the board trying to troll in an attempt to cope with the possibility of losing their coach.

That may be true but do you think he would say anything else other than this regardless of if he is leaving or not?
