I'm going to jump in here before people call you stupid and cite what he did at Arkansas..

I like Malzahn. He didn't work at Arkansas but that's because he didn't have what he needed there. His offense is legit.

Malzahn is a good coach, your offense would stop being so predictable.

our offense is only predictable because we dont have a passing threat...kind of limits your options

Let me repeat what this board said 3 years ago. He is a high school coach and runs a high school offense. His offense would never work in the ncaa.

Now all of a sudden people are interested in him.

Some of you guys need to eat crow.

That's my point, he would install a better passing threat for your team. He would do a better job than your current staff is doing.

Yes you are. You're saying you don't want him as OC.

Can't blame you. He only set LSU's all time scoring record in his first year. That bum!

He wasn't allowed to do what he wanted to do.

I think Malzahn is a good coach and could be great. I wouldn't get rid of Crowton for him but if a need was there I would be all for it.

The only reason we didn't have a passing threat was because the one we had was an egotistical, selfish, coke-snorting diva who our coach, admirably, kicked off the team.

You can't install something that you don't have.

Your comment was stupid.

I think he still needs time to work out the kinks. Arkansas stopped them pretty well and our defense was horrid.

They still put up 23 points on a sec team that has tulsa talent. Had they not snapped the ball over the qbs head inside the 5 they could have easily won the game.

Maybe so but we are one of the worst teams in the SEC... it's hardly a feat.

ETA: I still think he's a good OC and will do well... just needs more time.

This is too funny.
LSU fans defending their offense after this year. Outside looking in, it wasn't just a defensive failure. LSU didn't have a backup QB ready to run the offense. When a running back gets hot and does well, he is benched. Players completely unmotivated and embarrass LSU against Ole Piss (could have at least tried to act like they cared).

More is wrong than LSU thinks.
