Hook Em - I actually feel sorry for you. I have some good friends that went to UT, and we have talked at length about Herman and his arrogance. However, the t-shirt portion of your fanbase that couldn't step foot in a classroom ... They deserve Herman.
Texas will always recruit well, so you should go with a coach that can teach fundamentals for the next hire. I don't know if Fisher will get it done at A&M, but at least our kids are definitely learning how to actually play football, and getting better over time

Herman's schtick could work if they were winning.
But they didn't, so he is basically done.
The epitaph for his tenure at texas will be, we had one of the best qbs in the history of texas and didn't win crap.
Also.. LSU fans keep laughing at the t-sips because Coach O is a hell of a lot better than Herman, and is being paid almost half as much..
I remember the Austin talk about how everyone laughed about how they stole herman from lsu... who is laughing now? Hell Mensa needed a last second FG to beat Kansas.
