No, but I definitely was off the wagon after that game. We should have beat Florida by 2 TDs.

Most of us are giving O a chance. Some are immature kids taking their toys and going home. Personally, I'll judge O on his record and wait until the games are actually played.

If he hires a good OC, keeps Aranda and continues to recruit well, LSU has a chance. If not, we'll all look back on this as a major botched operation by the LSU admin.

What is frustrating is the way this happened. Alleva admitted today that LSU only offered the job to one person, Ed Orgeron. What was he doing these past months?

Keep Orgeron but Alleva needs to go.

We don't have a choice.

That doesn't mean 1. We hate O, or 2. He was the right hire.

If I could ever express that enough and show enough tangible evidence to make you see it for what it is, I would.

It's not O, it was the lack of a serious search effort.

Again... It's a message board. For sports. If you can't deal with people being upset about a highly questionable hire for their favorite team and maybe being a bit irrational in that state, it's not a place for you. Calling out every person complaining about the hire by complaining yourself doesn't really help things...

Me too because I love LSU and want LSU to succeed.

Up to Par gets it, Hey when he was first hired I said like him its a new season and let's go 8 - 0 and i'm a believer, then 7-0 with the lost game. Even said well give him a mulligan against Bama but then the Florida game that was the shite for me. O pumpers explain that game to me when so much was on the line and he looked like fricking Miles out there all over again. The bridge was crossed right there for me.

thats not uncommon. There are informal offers but usually only one official offer. There are other valid frustrating things about the hire but this ain't one.

Why didn't we let Miles retire and go out in style if we were so much into letting failure be a real option?

Let me say this: I feel a lot better about hiring Coach Oeaux, today - than I did
when we let Less Smiles come in here those many years ago.

It is a reflection of the entitled society we have become. Anytime there is a large survey of population whether it's politics are sports fandom they are mirrored. This mirrors our recent election very polarizing. They didn't get their way so now there is hope everything will fail pathetic. I would love to see a poll of the age groups of the fans on each side.

If we can withstand Texas taking Aranda. Things will be okay but until then its dicey.

Your idea of giving the man a chance and him blowing it was him losing to UF? Countless turnovers, Guice running wrong way, team didn't execute but that's all on him right. Sorry even Saban has gotten guys ready and occasionally they lose a turnover ridden game.

Upset is one thing, to say he has blown his chance and you won't support him or team because you didn't get your person (hey Hillary supporter) is sad.

Herman just lost to Memphis

Fedora lost to NC State

Petrino lost to Kentucky

What's your point?
