i don't get the franchise. they gut the roster for Gase and expect a rebuild, and then fire him when they're not awesome

This is the first surprise of all the firings. Seems like a dumb move. Browns would be smart to give him a good look.

Gase comes off as a kind of arrogant prick, if you’re losing and making those around you miserable as well sometimes they don’t give you a very long leash.

Not surprised they have that dumb GM Mike Tannenbaum running the show.
He use to run the jets overpaid the players and made dumb draft moves.

Was reading on NBC he had to go because his agreement had final call on player personnel... They would never be able to get a good GM without removing that item.
