Game it out…where do you end up?

Woody admirably tries to hire Fickell, Dabo or Riley. Regardless of how you feel about them or Rhule or Tomlinson, that’s your Tier 1. At least a significant chance you whiff on all of them.
Next Tier is Kiffin? Napier? Tucker and Franklin? Maybe Aranda? If Woody doesn’t want another Coach with off field antics, Kiffin out? Tucker is a job hopper, he out too? Aranda loves him some Baylor, he out? Franklin wants easy road at USC?
Probability you fall to Tier 2 is high. Probability you end up with Napier out of that group, regardless of how you feel about him, seems high. Respected dude, available in November to start, knows area and SEC, etc.
If you had to bet your sac on it, who do you bet on?

Napier is a program builder . He has lived here long enough to understand the culture . Loves recruiting .
He could potentially be the next great coach . People like to work with him , unlike O . It would be great to get an energetic young coach who could win and provide stability to the program . I just kinda like his CV and think he is da guy !

We’re getting the coach we want. Thinking that a “tier 1” coach will not come is a losers mindset. No one knows who the real person is but when we do we will know we never had “tier 2” in mind.

One of these names is not like the others.
Napier doesn’t belong in this group.
Actually - two aren’t. Franklin does have multiple years of success at two different P5 schools.
