Same. There's one man to who the "White Whale" name applies perfectly to.

And it's the guy who just so happens to miss BR

Been saying all along. This is who Woodward landed. At least 5 years of championship football and maybe longer.

If it's not Saban, then Woodward has failed miserably.

Imagine Saban coming with Hugh Freeze as OC/HCIW

We’d never lose another game.

He admires Freeze and he is cleared to come back to the SEC by now.

Literally the only coach he would likely OC under while waiting. Never mind me, I am just wish casting.

I would like to keep my dream hires realistic, so I’ll let you or Saban pick the DC. Let’s not go overboard.

It really would make a lot of sense for both sides.

Saban has maybe 4 or 5 seasons realistically left? Freeze wants back in the SEC. He would be set up for so many years. All the while people would forgive him for his past. Saban seems to have that affect on coaches he hires. Not that he needs any rehabilitation, but just that he would really be respected. Nobody questions Saban’s hires.

Not happening, but would be the absolute crazy thing to ever happen on planet earth if it did.

I love Woodward but when I first heard white whale, I immediately thought of Nick even tho it’ll never happen.

I do think there are some coaches who could come in here and win big at LSU.

Don’t thumb y’all’s noses at Campbell or Aranda. While not “white whales” they’d have LSU in contention for the west every year. I’ve been on the Aranda train since O was fired. I know a lot of people don’t care for Campbell but he’d be absolutely great LSU. We’ll see what happens. I don’t think it’s Riley though. Almost certain it’s not.

SW likes Freeze and he’d have huge success here. Won’t get a hard look because of the BOS
