seems like the coaches ain't even putting in much effort anymore to keep the commitments on board.

Florida and Texas A&M aren’t having much trouble? Maybe if FSU fans/media weren’t so toxic, everyone wouldn’t want to leave. Jim his been holding his breathe for years waiting for a better opportunity, can’t blame recruits for not wanting to be left at the station as the last good thing in town leaves.

bruh, you act as if a&m fans aren't toxic as well, what do you think happens to Jimbo if he struggles to make a bowl there? you'll get the same boos and hisses that he got this year.

if you struggle to get to a dang bowl, your fanbase may turn on you, that shouldn't be a surprise.

Lol Aggies are too accepting and positive to a fault. Talk shite or troll about something else, that’s a non starter.

if jimbo had the ten year run that he had before this year, a&m fans would not want him gone after one year

Your fans and media forced the issue.

FSU isn’t the only school in the coaching carousel to go through uncertainty of the existing coach, or worse yet the certainty that there’s no coach at all for a period of time.

Yet FSU is losing commits faster than any program but Tennessee.

Don't even compare FSU to the circus at Tenner.

This happens when a coach leaves

I’m just saying it’s happening (more) at FSU and the coach hasn’t left, than other programs where the coach actually did. A month ago in Florida’s case.

It probably will still happen in one form or another for most schools with a change, but why is FSU getting hit disproportionately?

Well this year after the first game many MIZZOU fans wanted Barry fired and after 1-5 start it got worst. I was not one of them. I told them give Barry Odom three years. That is just to get back to bowl game. But I knew he would get MIZZOU bowling this year. I knew he just messed up early on with the DC being a flop and he had to get the players to focus on his system and it took time and now it was getting to point where everyone was on the same page.

Jimbo could miss 3 straight bowl games and take a weekly dump on my desk, and I still wouldn’t want him fired after winning us a natty.

You got me. I sure as hell don't know about this "toxic" atmosphere you speak of

Forced what issue? Jimbo decided on his own to entertain an offer from A&M then make no comment and not bother to contact recruits to tell them anything, did you not read what I wrote? They are flat out saying that the uncertainty has their commitments in the air, they are asking what's going on and getting no answers. Quit with the damn fans and media crap

Even Kevin Sumlin didn't "struggle to make a bowl".
