Friday morning update- AU

Backing up what I wrote a few days ago, as of this morning Auburn doesn't plan on making a formal job offer today. It hasn't happened to this point and it sounds like Auburn wants to wait until the Iron Bowl is complete before moving forward. It has everything to do with showing respect to Cadillac Williams, the coaches and players, and nothing to do with waiting on a certain coach or coaches. This is all about the timing and allowing everyone to focus on the game. With that being said, I don't expect any news from the Auburn front today.

I love chaos so it would be hilarious if they offer Lane tomorrow and plan this big ceremony for Sunday and then Cadillac pulls a massive upset

If Cadillac makes a showing against Saban tomorrow, you guys are in a tough spot.

Wait what? I am on multiple Auburn boards, and I’ve never seen anyone say that.
Speculation it COULD be today, but nothing definitive like that. Most have said Sunday this entire time.
