I'm not trying to be negative, but if you think we will find better than Joe Brady, I dont know what to say

Brady made his intentions pretty obvious when he left after one season. If he had any desire to stay at LSU he wouldn't have bolted the day after winning a national championship. He just wanted a springboard into the NFL and all parties benefitted from that this season. I don't blame Aranda for leaving for a head coaching position. I wish him all the best. Brady on the other hand kind of pissed me off the way he handled that situation. Brady is taking a huge risk going to work for Rhule who might fall flat on his face in Carolina. It just shows he was pretty desperate to get into the NFL as an OC.

All Tiger fans who attend the Saints/Panthers game in the Dome need to have their piss balloons filled and ready to launch in Rhule's direction

Good points. Unless they find an adequate qb, I think rhule will more than likely not do anything worthwhile.

I legitimately think Pelini will have our defense better in 2020 than Aranda would.

Yes losing Brady sucks for next year, however he would have not been here long so pick your poison, now or a year from now.

LSU offered him 1.6 mil and panthers offered him 2.5 mil a year. say both are three years thats 3 mil difference so he would of been insane to stay

My biggest problem was Brady announcing the day after the game. That was DICK move. Nothing gained by doing it so soon and nothing lost by waiting 24 more hrs. Dickmove and I’m on record as saying they struggle mightily with that current roster.

I'm just surprised Carolina went the route that they did. They fired Riveria to hire someone who has extremely limited NFL experience. I think Rhule was with the Giants as a position coach for one season or something like that. Then they let Rhule hire a coach that has never even had the title of OC in college or the NFL. They're taking some risks there to be sure. It could work out for them but there are better odds that it'll be a complete disaster.

I agree. I thought ron was a good coach. It's not his fault that the organization was stuck with an injury ridden qb who has been a shell of himself for 4 years.

I wasn't necessarily surprised that they fired him. I'm sure they just wanted something different since he'd been there a while and the team seemed to be regressing. I was just surprised they've gone the route that they did in finding his replacement. If you want to take a chance on someone at least do that with a coach that has a lot of experience in the NFL like a proven coordinator or something that's been in the league for 5-6 years. I think they're just trying to catch lightning in a bottle and could honestly set their organization even further back than it already is. Not that I give a shite. I hate Carolina. I'll enjoy watching the shite show.

In fairness to Brady, hard to imagine his stock getting a whole lot higher. Now he's in the club. So even if Rhule is a dud, he now has NFL OC experience. Provided that he doesn't lay an egg, he's going to basically be at that level as a floor for the rest of his career, potentially with the ability to leverage it into a HC gig at a young age like McVay. And he doesn't have to travel podunk LA to grovel to a bunch of 16 and 17 year olds. Honestly for the money he was offered it makes all the sense in the world, how could ya blame him?

I'm just glad he stayed for the championship. You know the deal had to have been in place before.
