Thats why I love this board. About 1 year ago when Wilson joined UT, all I heard from the posters on this website is what a shady character Wilson is and he'll have us on probation within a couple years.

I think we all know the PR department wrote this quote for Miles:

True to a certain extent. I never thought it was that great of a hire for UT, and I'm not thrilled about him here either. Besides Freak, who has he recruited and why does he get such a great rap as a recruiter? Also, how good of a coach is he? He's been to four schools in four years so I don't know if we can know that yet. Hope he's great though.
I'd like to see the opinion of the rantards if Ogeron came to LSU. That would be funny to watch.

Go look at all the LA kids playing for Ole miss. Frank prolly had a hand in %90 of them. He also out recruited LSU for Deandre Brown while coaching at soutern miss and no LSU did not back off of Brown. Also, he just got Alfred Blue to commit. His hire will sit well with Hilliard-he stated the only reason he was considering UT was becasue of Wilson. Hes a big time recruiter, no question about it.
Then you have Johnson for 2011 and he has the ability to lock up NOLA, which LSU has problems with. St. Augustine has some talent coming out in 2011, one is a 6'4 safety who is cousins with some guy named chad jones.

I'm pretty sure LSU backed off when they didn't think he would qualify.
Again, I'm not saying he will not help in NOLA and OP Walker for sure, BUT everyone here has discounted his LA recruiting, but now he is going to lock down the state.
