Frank Scelfo has done a great job in Hammond. I am hearing he is the next man up for the ULL job.

I can't argue with it.

The next HC will be a P5 coordinator. I’m hearing it will be from one of the 2 teams that played today.

More than 2 teams played today! Are you talking about a particular game?

Golding would make sense. From Louisiana, Saban coordinator.

You’re probably right, since Napier came out of nowhere. But Napier was offered $3.2M to stay as the HC of the Cajuns.

Plus the next guy takes over a top 10 G5 program. Who’s coach just accepted a Top 10 NCAA job.

It’s a very desirable job.

It’s one of the top G5 jobs in the country and a job a lot of successful coordinators would take with aspirations of what Napier just got. Get over yourself.

Ull has a top 20 program, the 2nd longest win streak in America, The highest paid staff in the group of 5, and a great recruiting base in LA.
I think it's safe to say that it is a desirable job

Napier left that program in excellent shape, and moved on to a top 10 P5 job. If the AD doesn’t shite the bed, they absolutely will land a P5 coordinator looking for a similar progression.

They have a top 5 in the nation athlete performance center. Stadium getting huge upgrade. Program is on the rise.

How long do you expect a UL coach to stay? If he’s 62 and does well, less threat of him leaving than if he’s 42.

You aren’t as attractive if you maintain what you inherit.

We don’t want a coach to stay more than 4 years. We want them to win 10+ games for three to four years and then leave for a better job.
