For those concerned if Kelly can recruit, here are his last 5 classes and their rankings

According to 24/7
2018: 10th
2019: 15th
2020: 18th
2021: 9th
2022: 4th - currently
The 19 & 20 classes weren’t full classes. 2020 for example only had 17 recruits.
Now, keep in mind, Kelly recruited those classes with ND’s admission standards
If Les’ goofy arse was able to recruit this state, Kelly will have no problem

Gotta think the lower IQ players were going to Purdue, Indiana, or another BIG school.

Hes gonna be just fine. Im sure he will love choosing between multiple NFL quality WR/DB/RB/DL types that live within 50 miles of the school each year

Don't forget to add that ND has academic and other restrictions that weigh heavily on recruiting.
