You want to crucify him for a couple bad years with QB problems. Then lets take a look at the great Bear Bryant's record all time. Take in mind, this is when he had unlimited scholarships...

Did you watch the UNC & Tenn game? No one is complaining about our record. We constantly throw up on ourselves during games we should win easily. We don't execute and let teams hang around way too often. Look at the past three years against Troy, La. Tech, McNeese etc. Lack of execution is highlighted in those games because you know the athletes are inferior. And people wonder why we can't get over the 2 loss curse. It's because, we are not more talented than Florida, Alabama, Auburn, UGA etc. We are equivalent and that's where execution comes in.

Bear was drinking pretty heavy in the Late 60's.

We all want Crowton gone! Without him here, we would not even need Les to manage the clock at the end of the game. We would be WAY ahead.

I don't care if Miles stays or goes, as long as Crowton goes.

For those saying we can't get anyone else, Auburn seems to be pretty happy with the guy they hired with a losing record at Iowa State.

Keep in mind that in the fall of 1970 a lot of Alabama fans wanted Bear to retire or leave, too. In fact, he momentarily took the Miami Dolphins job hoping to entice Charlie Mac to come to Tuscaloosa, before deciding to stay at Alabama.

What did Arkansas and Auburn do besides beat us? It's always going to be someone. All the more reason I reference the 2 loss curse. We are not going to win the SEC with 2 losses anymore. There is no evidence that we've been able to stay focused all season long. You can't put yourself in poor down and distance situations. You can't run the same plays over & over (see the toss pitch play to Ridley). You have to execute and if you get beat, then so be it. But don't beat yourself.

Cutting all the bullshite out, my point is every coach has his down years. If you leave a coach in his position long enough, he will evenually have a stretch of down years.

It's not so much Miles record but how he does the dame thing. I don't like his style of football. He doesn't put teams away.

Ya those back to back undefeated regular seasons ('08 & '09) were real poor.

Don't use stupid arguments. That's something LSU has never done.

Yeah and how many years did he coach there? We have 4 11 win seasons in 6 years under miles.
