You do realize that not all 11 win seasons are the same. 11-0 is a LOT different than 11-2 or 3.

Yeah and winning 8 games win you play 10 or 11 is better than winning 8 when you play 13.

I want to crucify him because his teams continuously make the same mistakes. No corrective action is ever taken.
Sometimes the mistakes hurt us (see, OleMiss09, PSU09) sometimes they don't (see, 2011 CottonBowl with 1:32 left in the first half, Auburn07). But making the same mistakes over and over again is inexcusable.
At what point are you to be held accountable for the failure to admit, "X is a problem, X will be addressed, here is my plan to fix it."?
