i think they had a baby in the last year or 2, so maybe he knows what's important now. if he chases tail around knoxville as the hc it will be certainly be well known.

He's an ELITE DC and ELITE recruiter.
He just needs to get a solid OC (Tee Martin?) and stay out of his way, which could be hard for Jeremy.
He also needs the AD (Fulmer) to give him everything he asks for. He's going to come in with some big time demands for the program.
