The lack of intelligence of this board amazes me.

First of all, BP should be considered a credible source, but not a know it all like he has become.

But also, a credible source states what he knows or has heard with a closer ear to the situation.

If it were up to you dipshits no one would ever say anything because half the people take is as fact and the other half can't wait to call you on it if wrong.

mett doesn't even fit in the Lescarecrow offense. he'll be crucified when he leaves, when it will really be about bad coaching, as per usual under Miles.

yeah and uh Flynn, he was coached by Fisher and Saban's staff for the better part.

WTF is this? We are recruiting for a power running offense so i hope this is the direction we are headed in.

Your prognostication skills are highly suspect.

If we do not have CrowBlow, with the incoming class that we have on it's way. How do you feel about LSU's future?

belowpar has more inside info than 99% of anyone on this site. Also, he never claimed that Crowton was gone, just that he knew Miles was informally interviewing candidates and that his opinion was that Miles would replace Crowton. He nailed Mallory/Peveto being gone before anyone else and nailed the Chavis hire before anyone else.

Why hammer a guy for giving his opinion provided information that he hears? The media has gotten many hiring situations incorrect from their sources and yet their job isn't to report on opinions, but fact.

Don't forget he called the whole Miles isn't going to Michigan thing when we were all saying the opposite and knew about the famous press conference he called the morning of that championship game before it was even announced

yeah i learned recently that martin never ok'd miles to michigan, although the hiring committee went to him twice with miles. so who knows if he'd have ended up there had we lost to tennessee.

Would be interesting if lsu scored zero points in the bowl game.

I don't want to see it happen, but it would certainly be interesting.

That happening = Jefferson benches and crowton fired

He also nailed Malleveto being promoted to Co-DCs long before it was officially announced.

I think it would be different if the 2009 season wasn't so bad.

Maybe 2010 was a fluke type thinking.

Yep. Without the special teams touchdowns of PP7 in the WV and UNC games and the Tennessee screw up, we would be 7-5. At 7-5, Crowton would be gone. He was damn lucky this year.

And if we just tackle Cam and knock a ball or two down against Arky we're undefeated. The "if only these things would've happened" cases go both ways homo.

It's not even the TDs, but the consistent awesome field position our defense and special teams (both return and coverage units). I wonder how long (or short rather) our average offensive scoring drive was this season and how that compares to the rest of the SEC and D1A.

And Miles' contract extension during that same fiasco.

He called Chavis and Haley as well.

He was on top of the Orgeron fiasco.

BP is a great source. Too many people take his "may", "could", or "might" as "will".
