When he was interim coach and had already accepted the Syracuse job he was actively recruiting the a&m roster to leave with him to Syracuse. They were highly pissed off at him and still are today.

There are other candidates out there. I really wish that Kyle Williams wanted to be a College Defensive Line Coach going forward. I wanted him to remain on the staff.

Beg him with $$$$ to coach DL one more season since ER pulled the ole "Bait & Switch" BS.

100% agree. Kyle does love LSU and should agree to 1 more season, but he sure does want to get out of College Coaching for whatever reason.

Would you want to work your dick off for 100 hours a week away from your family if you’d already done it for 15 years straight, had just retired, and were sitting on $50,000,000 and a beautiful home filled with your kids a few hours away? He deserves more credit for stepping in for a year.

First off I do work away from family working 6 days a week 12-16 hours a day while 2.5 hours away from my family for the past 3.5 years. Its not ideal but its what the job requires.

Second off, no one wasn't giving him credit, if he chooses to walk away then there will not be anything but appreciation for what he did this year but that doesn't mean you cannot try to ask him to stay one more season.

So you live like that and you don’t understand why a guy with tens of millions of dollars may not want to eat that shite sandwich for longer than he has to?

You work 12-16 hours a day and have a 5 hour total commute a day? That blows.
