Ensminger's apparent #1 qualification, above all else

as pointed out in the Advocate's last two or three articles:
Ensminger is known to sleep in his office, on a mattress, set up on the floor.
This, above all else, seems to impress the hell out of Orgeron to the point that it keeps coming up in the local media stories written about Ensminger's qualifications for the job.
A fricking mattress in his office.

Brick Haley did the same thing, had a small pallet laid out underneath his desk. I thought it was super weird, but evidently that's common with college football coaches.

So he managed his time so poorly as the TIGHT END COACH he needed to sleep at the office.
There won't be enough time in the day for him to accomplish the tasks required of the offensive coordinator.

I think he has always slept in his office. A lot of coaches do this because they work late and go in early.

My boss would frown upon me if I put a mattress in my office. He probably would tell me not to come back to work.
