ECU is one of those odd schools I never hear or think about. They are just there

ECU and App State probably have the most loyal/supportive football fan bases in NC. Every other school is basketball first.
I think the James Madison coach that just declined the UNC-Charlotte job takes this one.

One of those loses was to penn state too, not a random sunbelt loss. I was surprised UNC didn’t poach their coach instead of hiring Mac Brown. I’m guessing Louisville has him on the radar for coaches.

You're right. I had him confused with Phillip Montgomery from Tulsa.
