Sarkisian was a retread. He worked out pretty good. Speaking of which , he'll be 47 in a couple of months and the new OC, ex NFL head coach Bill O'Brien, is 51, though I'm not sure what age has to do with it except for experience.

They both are. They may have to visit some recruits, but the brand recruits itself. Come to Bama, you will win at least one championship while here and get coached by former NFL head coaches.

Scott Linehan was a former NFL head coach and longtime NFL offensive coordinator and everyone trashed that hire.
