No coach leaves in the middle of a generational QBs career. They could win 2-3 more

He should stay. If he was to pull off a 3peat, he would be alone at the top of the list.

No way he can turn down a chance for a threepeat
First order of business would be to put Kelce in his place
Don’t ever touch me again!

Then again I didn’t think saban would walk away.
The grind of a nfl job would be only thing that might make him decide to retire. Avg person doesn’t see the offseason work that goes into it.
Nfl coaches might get a week off before back to the grind.

Yeah he'll postpone retirement until Mahomes falls off or the roster becomes too much of a rebuild.

I have 2 friends who played in the NFL. I did some work for the head coach of their team at the time. You're correct, people don't have any idea. It takes a special human to want to do a job like that. Much less to have longevity as a HC.

Hardest worker in that KC organization is Andy Reids heart.

He'll be back barring health issues

He doesn't strike me as the walking type.

He's 65 years old and in terrible physical shape. Odds are he won't live another 10 years unless he makes some big lifestyle changes. I would not be surprised if he called it quits and spent time with family.

Nick wasn't coming off back to back championships. He was also losing his competitive advantage with NIL.

Hell, he hadn't won a legitimate title since 2018 since we all know Covid championships deserve an asterisk.

I would bet he has 2 more years tops unless his health goes bad before that. It's hard to walk away from possibly the greatest QB of all time while in his prime.

He hadn’t won a legitimate title since 2015.

In 2017 Bama lost its final game before the playoffs by double digits to Auburn, who they finished second in the division to. There is absolutely no argument that anyone can make to say that Bama deserved to be in the playoffs over Auburn that year.

And no one argues that Auburn should have been in the playoff.

It wasn't a very good joke, especially since you had to explain it
