Crazy prediction. Mike Tomlin gets fired by the Steelers (an unprecedented move by the Rooney family) and the Bucs hire him since he is a product of Dungy and Gruden.

He's not a good coach and the head coach isn't absolved of bad chemistry. Koetter's #1 responsibility was to make Jameis good and not retarded, and Jameis is still not good and retarded.

You’re right. And the Bucs also announced that J. Winston is their qb for the future so there clearly is the opinion that Dirk was the problem. Time will tell, but I think we have a large enough sample size and Winston might just not be good and is retarted.

Kinda funny because I recall they hastily dumped Lovie smith after a decent season because they wanted to lock up koetter (as they were afraid other teams might hire him away).
