What reality are you living in?
NCAA is in a mess with NIL and the transfer portal. With the coaches carousel, it further exasperates this type of scenario.
Coaches, teams and universities are in a lose-lose situation.

All the reports of Kiffin acting like a douche came from Ole Miss media. The same ones who said Ole Miss’ “entire staff” is going to remain in Oxford.
So far, 9 coaches has said they’re leaving to come to LSU.

Lane could have continued to coach while OM also searched for and hired their new coach to recruit, which they will be doing right now anyway.
Tulane is doing the same thing with Sumrall. OM absolutely could have, they simply chose to be petty and vindictive toward Lane and spited themselves, the team, and fanbase in the process.
Besides, didn’t Kirby coach Alabama in the NCG while already under contract with UGA? LSU allowed Pelini to do the same in 2007. Yes they were DC not a HC but the principal isn’t all that different.
But you clearly either aren’t capable of being honest about the situation or are just trolling. Either way, enjoy the coach you poached during an Alabama title run, we will certainly enjoy ours

Yeah, Saban clearly thinks Kiffin is a POS based on everything we’ve seen and heard from him this week.
Sark was already in house so Saban wanted to make the transition to avoid any distractions. Yeah he was pissy about it publicly, like he always was with Lane, but he also gave him a glowing recommendation to FAU, as he did to LSU this time around. But sure, total POS.
