Why is it a sad day to be a longhorn? Diaz is a good hire. His style is similar to Boom's, a fiery guy that players will love, and he also brings that intensity to the recruiting trail. I think it will help solidify our defensive recruits as well, seeing that they will get to play in a downhill, attacking defense, similar to what they thought they would be playing in under Muschamp.

Mullen is the OC at State and Diaz was a Co-DC anyway, so I'm sure the other guy will take over the D.
