Let's say this is correct (it's not): at the end of the day, it's on the DC that they are still not executing his game plan. It's on the DC that he continues to play people that don't execute his plan. It's on the DC for not simplifying the plan if it can't be executed by current roster.

It’s the prime example of no quality coaches actually wanting to hitch their career on the back of a dumb a** like Coach O after all the public issues coming out.

This is what people need to realize before they go throwing names out there. A head coach by himself can be a good coach, but if he can't attract coordinators that WANT to work for him, it's pointless to hire him. This is why I don't want Kiffin. No quality DC will work for him. He's tainted. Proven coordinators don't want to work for tainted coaches.

DJ Durkin is an excellent DC. Changing culture and recruiting defensive talent takes time. This is only year 2.

Neither even called plays in the Pros. Both were average, at best, position coaches that scammed LSU for millions.
