Okay, I'll bite... He's a phenomenal NFL DC, and he is extremely happy with the Saints. Why would he go to LSU? I suspect he'd grow impatient. He needs guys to hang around longer than two years to learn his complicated schemes. NFL doesn't always translate to college, nor vice versa.

Not coming to LSU just trying to see what he could do with LSU talent. He has been making Saints defense look like one of top NFL defenses for years. Not dumb enough to think he would leave NFL for college.

I remember the Saints DL coach being considered last year, but the Saints vetoed that move. He'd have been a great hire. In hindsight, Sean Payton did him a huge favor.

No , but it’s fun to at least get opinions. Nobody saying either is leaving Saints. I for one hope not.

Sadly I agree. He has paid his dues. He def learned from his first HC job with Raiders. Raiders are very hard place to win for any coach .
