Arkansas is the early leader in most fun coaching search.
I don’t know, LSU not being able to afford to fire a coach they already fired puts them squarely in first lol

Funny, but not fun.
Gruden & Dabo are fun names.

Ironic the last Clempson coach that won a National Championship, Danny Ford, left Clempson for Arkansas
I’m pretty sure Ford didn’t leave Clemson for Arky. He was let go over NCAA violations, and was out of coaching for a few years before coming back years later to be Arky’s coach.

Probably gonna be fired at Clemson next year. Now he can restart his clock at an sec school.

I agree, no one wanted to give money with Pittman being the coach. I don’t blame them.

They would. Ask them. And nobody wants a fired coach.
They are actively trying to court James Franklin

It’s the perception of it.

I do think dabo needs a change of scenery but Arkansas would be career suicide
His sec schedule would be way tougher than his cush acc schedule

$40M in NIL would make it a lot easier of a job

I think Franklin is solid. Penn state is always gonna be second fiddle to Ohio st and usually michigan. He has lost some big games but they never have a super abundance of major talent. A Saquan her or there. Allar was a bill of goods. He shite the bed more than Nuss. Franklin is solid. Was a game away from playing for a natty. Probably his zenith at Penn St. They are like Nebraska. A blue blood living off the past. They haven’t won a title since 87. He was a hot commodity leaving Vanderbilt.

His buyout is outrageous. This ain't happnin Captain.
If Dabo leaves, it's like $3M. If he gets fired, it's astronomical. Basically the Cal situation all over again.

You're telling me the single most anti NIL anti transfer portal coach in college football is going to take the Arkansas job because Walmart and Tyson are supposedly ready to throw around money to put together a roster?
You also realize we're talking about less money here than one dude dropped to put together a roster in Lubbock right?

Gotcha. Thanks for clarifying.

We’re seeing who ever spends the most is getting a playoff caliber team
Not sure about Indiana
They seem very well coached
Probably your national champion this year
