Is anyone still saying they are hearing Crowton could be gone? Or, is it a done deal that he's staying?

who knows? It was just a few days ago that people were reporting he was gone and Steve Logan was interested in becoming the OC. I think if a job can be found for him, LSU will still try to move him. I still think Miles was forced to keep Crowton because of his buyout.

I guess what I'm asking is if anyone is still hearing "from their sources" that Crowton is gone. I'm not asking for an opinion...just whether or not some people are still hearing things.

IMO, there is still something going on. Didn't Miles wait until after signing day to name Chavis the DC? Supposedly, Chavis had already agreed to become the new DC long before he was actually announced as the new DC. I wouldn't be surprised to see Crowton leave after signing day.

supposedly the Bears had interest in him, and now that their main guy is heading to Seatle with Carroll, it might open up again. Just speculation on my part......
