After the monumental collapse, choke job etc today? New York sports talk people are begging for Cowher.

I definitely think his job is on the line. No reason for this collapse. It's pretty clear something is VERY wrong in NY.

He has openly said he covets the Texans job - on his "Wish List" along with NYG

Cowher isn't going to that market IMO. I know he has said it in the past but with his wife passing I think he goes somewhere like Carolina at this point in his life. He doesn't need the headache.

If he is smart and its offered he goes to the Texans. That job is perfect for him. It's not a rebuild (Carolina), its not the New York pressure cooker, and most of the pieces are in place.
