Panthers have a bye week next week.. we are expected to announce a hire next week... coaches have already been informed who’s staying and who’s leaving. I don’t think it’s out of the realm of possibilities

I mean, not sure, but I don't think he's long for the NFL.

If he drags Brady along with him......

Rhule still has 6 games.

So much for keeping the class together.

Brady would be a big reason for Rhule to leave the NFL. If he is invited back to coach the Panthers, would be shocked if Brady is part of his staff next year.

Nothing like hiring a loser coach to head the team.

You mean you don't see a NFL team ever paying him again.

Maybe Brady's philosophy doesn't translate to the NFL well. Plus, he's had Bridgewater, Darnold, and Cam to work with. Not going to put that all on him.

Maybe we underestimate the impact having an entire offense of NFL players (including multiple pro bowlers) had on Joe Brady's success?

Lotsa elite college coaches don't pan out in the NFL.

Saban didn't, Spurrier didn't, Urban Meyer is crash-and-burning spectacularly.
List goes on and on, with Petrino, Arnsparger, Lou Holtz, etc.

It's a far different job, with things beyond their control.

Jimmy Johnson was one of the guys that did do well, but he benefited from the Hershel Walker trade immensely. If you don't have the personnel, you just can't compete.
