Well, he definitely didn't care to do it hardly at all for years that he was here. Off hand I think he got Patrick Queen from 30 minutes away which was a great scouting job but not a hard battle to convince hkm to come and recruited Jacob Phillips while Austin Thomas handed him a bag of cash.Guys like Kirby recruited their arse off while a coordinator. Aranda was basically treated like a 70 year old who just needs to focus on his scheme only.

He got a lot more players than that. If you look at his top recruits on 247 that he was either primary or secondary, it’s a damn good list. I think this is completely overblown.

His class is currently ranked #33 with 1 four star and 18 three stars. Granted it's Baylor but that's nothing to get excited about.
