If he takes the job soon it would still mean he has been lying when saying he hasn't been thinking about it or talking to them about it.

People just want to act like Miles is so honest to make themselves feel better about claiming Saban is the devil.

And I can tell you that Michigan has said they are in NO hurry to sign anyone. They've said it might even be January before they decide on anything. Again just what they've said, doesn't mean it will necessarily happen.

If the deal was made in principle before Les began saying "no calls" then it wasn't a lie. If that's the case, then I have to give credit to UM and Miles for handling this very well.
Coming completely clean would be a huge distraction. The small distraction was inevitable unless he were to give up his dream and refuse to leave LSU for any reason. It's more than a bit selfish and unrealistic to expect that.

Ok, I'll bite. What exactly has happened. When you say "Pelini is a done deal" what does that mean? Done deal at Nebraska? Done deal that he's getting fired? Done deal that he's staying with a new contract/pay raise, what?
