With the money being made, the money being paid and the one time immediate transfer rule, these coaches know they aren't getting 4-5 seasons to turn a job around. And, you're in the toughest division in the toughest conference.

Not for long...and Jesus yall been beatable all season. Lost to A&M, Arkansas played you tough, we almost had ya if we had any offense, same with Auburn.

OP is right to an extent. Also factoring in is that no one wants to follow up two buffoons that won national championships, because how bad would they look if they couldn’t do better than Miles and Orgeron.
