My brother is a big Buckeye fan and he told me that some tOSU bloggers are throwing around the Chief's name as a replacement to recently vacated Everett Withers (co-DC for tOSU).

Clearly they are delusional but thought I'd share for a good laugh.

There are strong indications that John Gruden has his eye on their co-DC spot.

Knowing Chavis, no way he works for Urban Meyer.
About only place I could see him leaving would be somewhere closer to his family, maybe a Duke or UNC but to leave Miles for Meyer - that's not Chavis' personality at all.

I could see him going to Duke with Cutcliffe, but it would take something major happening here for that to take place.

Kirby Smart and Jeremy Pruitt to OSU. The defensive triumvirate will create the best defense the world has ever seen.

Even more interesting development. Here's a quote from the discussion on that blog.

"> There’s also no denying the best defenses are currently playing in the SEC.

Uh, no. The SEC had abysmal defenses overall this year. LSU was the lone exception. "

Clearly this guy doesn't read the Rant where Tiger fans have been roasting Chavis with some even calling for his dismissal.
