After his Texas A&M stint, I wouldn't like this if I were Arkansas. The state produces a paltry amount of talent and he isn't going to hit the recruiting trail hard.

maybe he just needs a change of scenery?, he definitely had some positive impact while at LSU....a bit harder to scheme when you cant recruit any better than he did at A&M.....he might do better at lower tier school...

Ron Cooper is one of the best secondary guys around, but rep as a lazy/weak recruiter. Excellent coach tho
