Are you ok with potentially hiring a DC that cannot recruit.

LINK

just take a look through the years

his area of main recruiting is Alabama, and he wasnt bringing anyone to UT even when Bama wasnt worth a damn

If Coach O would come in as our D-line coach he would take up the slack.

it does not matter if your ok with it. you have zero decision making power. be a fan and cheer the team next year. that is all you can do

really?

so having a guy that runs your defense that cant relate to 18-year old kids enough to convince them to come to your school is rantarded?

for starters its been brought up a frick load of times the past few days

secondly Pelini didn't recruit for shite until it came time to talk X's and O's and most UT people say thats basically what chavis does too. This isn't an issue when it comes to chavis

I don't want UT's DL coach and apparently UT fans hate the db coach we talked about the other night

call the brother from USF again

and the reason he didn't get the head gig the first time NU had the opening was because of the recruiting thing.

But this is where your original point ends and a new one begins, right?

Recruiter vs. potential CFB HC?

Pelini was never known as a recruiter, so I don't see why you feel Chavis should be held to a different standard in that regard.
