What's the worst that could happen if Cameron goes as opposed to staying?

Sounds like the new coach will be told by Michigan who his assistant coaches will be. They'll eventually get someone to bite, but it won't be a big time hire. Carr probably should just come back and coach another year, if he has as much input as it seems.
