Calloway as OC and Kevin Kelley as PGC!

Everyone knows about Calloway, but bringing on Kevin Kelley as PGC would be even better.
Kevin Kelley is a HS football coach in Arkansas that has won 9 state championships. He doesn't believe in punting the ball, He thinks coaches should go for it on 4th down. He speaks regularly with Bill Belichick and other NFL coaches.

A PGC is your next OC dude, when the OC leaves for a HC job or OC at another school. You had best have replacements on staff ready to go.
Only an idiot as a coach wants to hire a new OC with a new system every 2-3 years.
Saban had Sark on staff as an analyst for when Kiffin left.

Kevin Kelley has been offered OC jobs in the past, but showed little interest.
The only way he’d make the jump to college is for a HC job.

Kevin Kelley is a five foot two midget who never played past low level high school, if that, and kisses arse at a rich private school to gain recruits in the Little Rock area who make him look like he's halfway serviceable as a coach against inferior competition
