This is even more depressing than when he was named OC.

That does bot mean another “Co-OC” will not be brought on.

Why would the "best OC in CFB" need a co-DC? This is just definitive proof of O's lack of HC'ing substance.

nothing is happening unless Aranda or Raymond is hired away.

No one else is going anywhere

The offense having no identity should have been expected.

- Returning offensive production, Giles disappointment
- OL injuries/suspension, lack of continuity there
- Burrow only arriving a few months before the season
- Pettigrew and Moss injury, Moreau banged up early in the season prevented them from running 12 personnel packages
- Back to back seasons installing new schemes

Whose fault is that? You cant excuse a problem you created in the first place.

Last seasons offense was vastly different that anything we have ever ran before and we had an identity.

What the hell are you babbling about. I asked two relevant questions. I had to go away for a while but I haven't embarrassed myself. If people want to deliberately misrepresent or pretend to not understand my posts that's on them. If you have problems with reading comprehension that's on you.

This game again Ben? Ok.

Name the nfl talent on Arkansas, ole miss, Missouri, ULL, and the citadel offensive lines

I'm asked the guy to name all of this talent we have along the offensive line and just like him you can't name it but you can slam the coaches.

So you're arguing that the offense was great this year. Where were the seniors along the offensive line.

All the would-be seniors left after Orgeron became head coach, Ben. I know it’s really difficult for you, but try to keep up

Sounds like you have the problem keeping up. There are no seniors because they either quit, transferred or were processed.

The offense was monumentally bad because players playing out of position or having to play before they were ready or whatever reason but none of them are all SEC or all American. None of you can give Steve a break for this but you can damn sure give Aranda a break when he's down players.

Phenomenal hypocrisy.

The fact is we recruit Guards for a power running game and try to make them tackles because we have struggled recruiting ready made tackles

Call it recruiting, talent or coaching the net is bad OLs that can not protect the QBs under center or in shotgun. That is inexcusable

The annual LSU tradition, getting excited for nothing.

Same shite, different year.

Agree on next szn tbl

If The lions share of the players (ie everyone but White and Greedy) come back I think 11-1 is very realistic. It’s actually a very good sec slate for us. @UT will be interesting but other than bama the only game that kinda worries me is at state.

That said I can totally see 9-3

Can you just let us know if Freeze or Briles are being looked at to join the staff. Sure would be nice to have an elite offense to go with an elite defense for once.

I won't name names but we have one kid that got beat on almost every play. He has the want, but is slow. I don't know if he is carrying too much weight to move effectively but unless something picks up, he will be watching the NFL on TV.

It doesn't matter what the fans think as long as the money is pouring in. I would like to know what the big money guys think. They were promised a coaching search and we got O. They were promised a search for the best OC and we got SE. They may feel a little short-changed on the money they spent to buy out CLM.

But if the "small change" is SS and that's supposed to fix the erratic play calling and putrid offense, I'll hit a few baby seals with a hammer.

No sauces, but I’d get your hammer ready Thor. O was hired because the administration didn’t want to make wholesale changes. And they aren’t going to do so now. My guess is a new assistant will be added somewhere and SS will come in as passing game coordinator or something.

Same shite, different year.

Not really. Aranda has consistently proven himself, and is in very high demand. That should really be self-evident.

The only problem with this is Steve hasn't had time to get the right players. You haven't given Steve that chance. It's a shitty way to be. Steve doesn't have the pool of talent to work with like Aranda does. I understand that somebody is coming in and that's fine but Steve wasn't allowed to recruit the right players or enough players. He's had much less to work with than Aranda.

This argument carries no weight when the AD publicly states to the fan base “this is not a rebuild” and “we will compete for championships immediately”

What also doesn’t hold any weight is

When the head coach also publicly tells the AD in his interview and the entire fan base publicly “I will hire the best coordinators”

Don’t shame the fans on this board for correctly calling out people that made promises they aren’t delivering. Some of us aren’t complacent.

It doesn't matter where he's coached, Ensminger has never produced an elite offensive unit. Aranda, on the other hand, has elite defensive units everywhere he goes.

Pretty spot on!

That's the difference between the coaches and why DA will get more of a pass over SE. That's what ole Ben doesn't realize. But he will continue to bash players, no talent, no NFL talent on Oline and call you shitty for criticizing coaches...pretty shitty way to be. I'm starting to feel SE is an Uncle of his or of some relation.
