I already explained all of that. Professional peer pressure is what it amounts to.

I dont know names. Come on dude. Its not going to cripple the program. LSU will be fine. Its just to send a message

What the hell are we really doing then? I get it sending a message....the backlash leading up to this when it was only reported and not official wasn't a big enough message?

The deed is done now....now we need to get past the backlash and message and get to real consequences.

ETA

I guess the moral of the story here is that LSU needs more boosters like Alabama (meaning more willing to stand up and do things).....ya'll think YellaFella would take any shite from some crappy AD or university president when it comes to football hiring decisions...I doubt it.

Doing the best they can.

Looks like we took forever to announce it to put on a show.

Because Ensminger accepted long before today.

My emotion since Delly broke the news the other day has been a mixture of utterly furious and absolutely complacent at the same time. Kinda schizophrenic I guess.

I knew that Delly wouldn't report it unless he was very assured that it would happen. But I reserved judgement until it was official.

Now that it's official, I feel the same. I'm utterly furious and absolutely complacent at the same time. I'm not burning my apparel or anything, but I'm not renewing on my TAF dues. This hire has exposed the absolute corruption within the LSU administration to the point that any forthcoming denial is beyond contest. I expect things to get very interesting now...

Completely off topic, but do you happen to originally hail from the midwest? Putting some potential pieces together with your user handle. Think we may actually know each other, although it's been some years.

Tenth.....calling B.S. on you. I don't like the Ensminger hire, but your info does not meet the smell test . In fact I can tell you that a few of your points are nothing more than parotting of Hannigriff .

But Tenth, you do deserve an award as one of the most persuasive trolls in a long long time

Yet fans will still buy season tickets, they are not willing to lose their spots.

He's been distancing him for some time now. Not sure if this will completely cut off his money. I did get a reply of " some don't mind the hire"

I know it's not a big deal, but I won't be attending any games or buying any LSU merchandise until O is no longer our head coach.

None of us can make an impact on our own, but if all of us do what we can it'll be pretty hard to ignore.
