While I want to believe this is some sort of news break/smoke screen that will help LSUs efforts in making a hire, Feldman is a trusted source and wouldn’t want to damage credibility.

If we don't get him, if better not be because of money. There is no reason not to outbid OU give the relatively low amount of money we already devote to football.

Nothing to combat. The offer is to Riley. He hasn’t accepted yet. But it’s close. He didn’t say no. Feldman is spot on saying that it’s not done.
