You guys greatly exaggerate the lure of the LSU job. Much easier path to the CFP at USC. Los Angeles would be more appealing to a West Coast guy then Baton Rouge. Dont have to compete with Saban on the field or for recruits. The USC fan base is not nearly as demanding then LSU's.

Absolute myth. USC’s stadium and facilities aren’t on the same planet as the top of the SEC’s. Their TV contract offers less exposure and less money. Fair weather fan donors aren’t making up that difference.

I would be thrilled with an Aranda hire, but I fully expect USC to hire someone like Bill O'Brien

If he goes to USC, hell yeah for Dave Aranda. He is one of my all time favorite tiger coaches.
But let me be the first to say this- If he goes to USC and starts to dominate and LSU passed him by, I will be pretty fricking mad.
