He literally saved their football program. Look at how much of a dumpster fire they were before he took over. Currently they are 4-1 with their only loss coming from Arizona.
I think he is underrated due to where he is coaching.
He took over in 2014 for reference

I don't disagree he needs more experience. I firmly believe the guy is a great coach. He's been faced with more adversity than just about anyone due to keeping a football program alive on no budget. Things are definitely looking up for them.

He went undefeated in his conference. His one loss this year is to Arizona in a game he should have won had their QB not got hurt. I think O should bring him in as an OC, he would do well.
