I just figured it out.

Think about it. Herman was known for kissing his players before games. Giving someone a kiss is also referred to as “giving them some sugar”. Sugar——>>>> Shuga

I wouldn’t presume to know enough about these two dudes to make a statement like this.
But if Nick Saban can coexist with Lane Kiffin long enough to win a title and compete for others, I think it’s worth a shot.
