How is this guy not a HC? Look at the corps of WR that he had/has at Ohio St. Co-OC can't last forever. 37 years old, and up and coming.

He gets a really good salary to be a WR coach and not have to deal with head coaching BS?
I agree he is a great coach and recruiter.

He may be a great HC but their WR talent isn’t enough to go on. They’ve been putting out great receivers for 30 years, long before he even played for them much less coached there.
