All evidence is that this is total fiction. Before and after Brady, the offense called by Slinger did not resemble the 2019 offense in any way, shape, or form.
Actually the 2020 offense resembled the play calls a great bit. They just weren’t executed nearly to the same level.
The experience of Slinger as a play caller and the understanding of modern offense Brady provided was part of the lighting on a bottle that was 2019. I don’t know why people can’t accept that it really was every single little thing falling into place and that none of it is the same if you remove any one piece.

The more I think about it, the more I think the pairing of Brady with Kelly’s influence could be successful.
Brady and Kelly would likely produce a very dynamic offense. We have the receiver talent, and if Max Johnson can't handle the reads then they'll have 2 excellent options to choose from.
BUT, Woodward needs to make it clear that he's got to give LSU at least 2 years minimum. He can make as much money if he's successful at LSU as any pro OC. Plus, a couple years of success would put him in line for a Power 5 head coaching position. Brady should look around and take notice that two of the four CFP head coaches left the NFL game to come back to college. One after he took his team to the Super Bowl.
They better not let Brady dangle out there. Aranda will be hot on his tail, as will other big time Power 5 coaches.

The timing is so weird and the fit is near perfect. I have to believe he is in play. Especially with Mickey as the only coach who has left the building.
You don’t just eject a coach in the middle of the season when you’re only two games below .500. I think there was mutual interest in leaving.
Some aren’t buying bringing Brady back because they think the NFL and CFB is the same game, when it’s so clearly not. Countless examples of their difference.
Lebby is the QB guru, but right now, the timing is off with OU being open. Brady to LSU makes so much sense on so many levels.
You’ll need a QB developer. Someone like Keith Heckendorf who helped develop Mitch Tribisky into a viable college QB.
Hoping I’m right on Brady.

It's a situation that Brady needs until he develops into an actual OC. I don't know if Kelly would be willing to run the "Brady offense" and I don't think Brady would be willing to lower himself to BK's offense (especially after 2 years in the NFL).
I think Brady stays in the NFL and maybe demotes himself to WR or QB coach somewhere

Well, according to SE and O, Brady called third down and red zone plays and they were the most efficient at both in the country. Did you not see the special on LSU’s championship run where Brady was calling where the pass needed to go before the snap? It went where he said and most of the time it was a huge play or TD.
