Do you think Kelly will be participating in prep for the bowl game and be on the sidelines? Or is he just going to stick to recruiting/observing at this point? I mean he IS the head coach at this point.

He will be out recruiting and watching from the sidelines. He might take part in the coach meetings but very doubtful he does anything on the field.

I wonder how much time he’ll spend at practice evaluating players and even coaches.

He’ll be taking notes and laughing his arse off.

I think he'll sit in the booth and just observe.

I would hope every one, it wouldn’t make any sense to at least not be watching the players he will be coaching

I bet it will be a weird feeling being there the whole time and not actually coaching your team or having them going with your game plan.

It’s a huge advantage to have him hired and able to commit to following bowl prep and game

You are going to get the best from the roster auditioning for their LSU future

It will undoubtedly play a role in possible transfers in and out, IMO

Have to agree. New situation, new location, new culture, new people.

Sometimes the best way to learn is to just shut up and be lazer focused on what's happening around you.

Won’t be weird for the players… O never did those things
