Do you know what show/cause means in the case for chip Kelly?

Austin radio is playing it down saying it is basically probation for the coach and it would have hardly any impacts on Texas or Kelly if he was hired.

I think Shaw is the best coach on that list...but its going to be franklin...no way they hire Strong. Politics wont allow that to happen..

texas will not stoop to hiring someone known to be dirty. They pride themselves on keeping the NCAA investigators' noses out of their program. Might as well go ahead and set aside a couple of offices for the investigators if Chip is hired.

Or hire a guy who hand wrote a thank you letter to Willie Lyles aka the most hated man in Austin, TX.

Bovada recently got caught up with some legal issues I believe.

Last year, before the Iron Bowl they had a prop bet.

Will Gene Chizik coach the Auburn Tigers in 2013?
Yes -225
No +150

I tried to throw 500 on "no", but they only let you bet $50.

Easiest money I've made. I posted about it on my betting twitter and within an hour, Bovada took down the prop bet.

That is all SOP.

1. Prop best like this almost always have low limits.
2. Taking bets off the board that get hammered on one side or due to new info coming out is normal.

Well he beat UT, UGA, and UF in the same year for the first time in Vandy's history. This feat will likely never happen again as all the stars had to align for it to occur.

And they are bowling in Birmingham because they can't sell out their 40k seat stadium

I would get while the gettins good if I were him. His recruiting at Texas would be just unfair.

Franklin has only been a head coach for 2 years though, that may not be enough experience for UT,

My brain hurts, or I'm not following, or I'm stupid. Probably all 3, But I don't see how you betting "no" is easy money since "yes" won.

"Yes" did not win, bro. Gene's swan song was the Iron Bowl 2012.

While I think he would be a great hire for them, I don't know if they hire a 58 year old coach. Also, and somebody correct me if I'm wrong here, but I would think the UT ego of hiring from another in state school would work against it as well.

I'm aware of all this. Doesn't mean I don't wish they let me throw down more.

This would be commonly known as 2/1. What you were going for would also commonly be known as 1/5.
